🔄 Product Return and Refund Policy – Omdexa

At Omdexa, the satisfaction of our wholesale customers is highly important to us. Therefore, the following conditions are set for returns and exchanges of shipped products:


Product replacement in case of scratches or tears

If the product you received has any scratches, tears, or visible damage,
Omdexa will replace it for you at no cost.


Product return in case of fabric snagging

If you notice any fabric snagging or a defect in the material, the product can be fully returned and the amount will be refunded.


Customer error in placing the order

If a product is ordered by mistake by the customer and the order has already been shipped:

  • Initial shipping cost

  • Return shipping cost

  • Reshipping cost (if needed)

will be fully the responsibility of the customer.


Return acceptance conditions

To review and accept a return, please follow these requirements:

  • The product must be unused.

  • Labels, packaging, and the product’s appearance must be intact and reviewable.

  • The return request must be reported within 24 to 48 hours after receiving the product.

  • Sending a photo of the product defect is required for review.
