What is the minimum wholesale order quantity?

The minimum order varies for each product, but it’s usually 6, 12, 24, and so on. …starts from there. For larger orders, a wholesale price will be applied.

How long does it take to ship and deliver wholesale orders?

Wholesale orders are usually prepared and shipped within 24 to 48 hours. Shipping is done via Post, Tipax, or Freight. For destinations outside Iran: 10 to 20 business days.

Is it possible to see a sample product for wholesale purchases?

Yes, before placing a wholesale order, you can receive a sample to check the quality. However, the price is calculated slightly higher, and if your seller status is verified, the sample will be sent without any shipping cost.

How can I track the status of my order?

After placing your order, the tracking code for Post or Tipax will be sent to you. You can also check the status through the “Order Tracking” page. For orders outside Iran, tracking is done using the shipment code provided by the selected shipping company.

Is nationwide shipping available?

Yes, all bulk orders are shipped throughout Iran, and the shipping cost is calculated according to the Post or Tipax rates.
